The service was very poor. Our trauma started at the reception, we waited for more than an hour and they didn’t offer water or anything despite seeing us with kids. The room was for two adults on the booking and when asked for one more towel, they asked us to pay or buy. The food was so bad we couldn’t eat it. There was no elevator and we were booked into 4th floor. When asked for towel to be replaced the other, they said we should wait because they are washing it, it took 2 hours of waiting to get towel. One tea serving in a room booked for two and when asked who should drink and who should not drink since it’s only one serving. Oh the hangers are broken and bent, it’s those hangers they probably got from pawn shop and it comes mixed metal and plastic and wood oh gosh in 2024 …… It’s a disaster ! I will not recommend the hotel to anyone.

The hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.
